We strive to ensure your dough arrives fully frozen. However, if slightly thawed on delivery, it is still safe to re-freeze and use.
👉 Please inspect your delivery promptly and report any issues within 1 hour of receipt.

✅ Instructions for Use:

1. Remove from freezer and place in a dough box or large container (no flour).

2. Cover with a cotton cloth or lid and defrost in the fridge for ~12 hours.

3. Once thawed, lightly flour the dough, return to the box.

4. Use within 12 hours at room temp, or store in fridge and use within 2 days.
